Pop-up Pole Class (March 25th)
March 25th @ 730-840pm
Swing into Spring!
Students will be introduced to beginner pole tricks, variations, and fun choreography! We're dancing to everything R&B, Ratchet, and Sexy! Instructor Toy has taught pole dance/fitness for over 14 plus years. She creates a comfortable & fun environment that ensures women to embrace their bodies and support one another!
Attire: The party is taught barefoot or with socks, but ladies are more than welcome to bring heels for fun pics! Shorts or leggings are recommended. If you wear leggings, please make sure they're loose enough to roll above the knees. Everyone can wear a top of their choice, short sleeve or tank. Do not wear lotion or body oils to prevent sliding. Remove rings & arm jewelry before class.
